About the test: ITP offers two tests—level 1 (TOEFL ITP) and level 2 (Pre TOEFL). The level 1 test evaluates students’ knowledge of English at the intermediate to advance levels of English-language studies whereas the level 2 test evaluates students’ knowledge of English at the beginning levels of Englishlanguage studies. Test results provide proficiency levels and help test takers track their progress in and set goals for improving their English-language skills. The two main test sections are: Listening comprehension — listen to recorded statements, questions, short conversations and short talks in English; and Reading — single sentences as well as texts. Listening comprehension consists of three parts i.e. photographs, question-response and short conversations and short talks whereas based on what they read, candidates have to answer incomplete sentences and reading comprehension in Reading section of this test. i. About the test: The TOEIC Bridge™ test is a paper-and-pencil test that measures a test taker's ability to listen to and read everyday English. Educators and employers use the test to assess English-language skill levels for academic or workplace purposes. The Two Main Test Sections: Listening Comprehension Test takers will listen to recorded statements, questions, short conversations and short talks in English via audio cassette or CD and answer 50 questions based on what they hear. There are three parts: Part 1: Photographs (15 questions) Part 2: Question-Response (20 questions) Part 3: Short Conversations and Short Talks (15 questions) This section will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
