BASE LEVEL EXPERIENCE Experience delivering high quality cleaning services and hospitality ambassador programs in public/ private pedestrian environments similar to Downtown Detroit 2. DETROIT FOCUS Experience and/or commitment to buy local, employ Detroit residents and utilize training programs targeted to those with barriers to employment 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS High-level customer service/teamwork focus and effective service measurement/feedback system 4.
