Officer – Business Analyst, General Insurance
The Role
In this role you will assist in analyzing the general insurance market and business portfolio with respect to changing
conditions in order to assess opportunities and determine strategic direction.
Responsibilities:

Conduct feasibility study, solution analysis and development plans

Assist in the creation of business strategies and provide financial, statistical support for the overall project

Collect, analyze and document business requirements in order to support product / proposition
implementation

Provide key data to assist the project team in latest trends and opportunities for general insurance products
and Bancassurance

Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

Commercial Industry experience (preferred but not mandatory within the insurance industry), with a focus
on business analysis

Confidence in dealing with numbers, having business acumen and is detail-oriented

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Comfortable working in a team environment

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
