Global Human Resources Director (based in Paris)
- Reporting to the head of the network (initially the COO and thereafter to the Chairman)
- Scope: 10 000 employees in 80 countries and 200 agencies. PWW is a one billion euro brand with a
margin of 16% (leader in its category)
- Member of the HQ management team and the WW Executive Committee.
- Central team of 2 Senior HR specialists: a Senior Project Manager (with strong focus on HRIS) and a
Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager
- 9 regional / large country HR Directors with solid reporting line into me
- Involved in PWW’s new position definition and roll out of “contagious ideas that change the
conversation”
Key achievements:
- Creation “from scratch” of the HR function both at central level (around 4 pillars: HRIS-HR tools, C&B,
Talent Management and Compliance) and regional level (HRDs positioned as Business Partners). No
Global HRD/function at PWW prior to my hiring
- Positioned the function as a strategic function, a change agent and a key actor on aligning the organisation
to the brand values and contributing to the business objectives (30% digital, top 5 creative, choice of next
generation)
- Implementation of a global HR program supporting an employer’s brand strategy via the “employee
journey” concept.
- Build “HR kits” and HR training/coaching to accelerate integration of newly acquired agencies
Overall, facilitated the building of one network with common rules, tools and processes such as Publicis
Inside/out, the WW Induction Program. Mobility framework, alignment of labour contract and remuneration
packages and communication platforms (HR newsletter, WW employee award “contagious tribe” via Facebook)
Positioned job families/job descriptions as the corner stone to HR best practice, using workflow methodology
(recruitment and mobility, performance management, training and development, IPE/classification and
remuneration guidelines and salary surveys)
Introduction of a competency-based management for Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Developmental
Plans, Succession Plan and coaching.

Launched a plan for on-line tools in 4 key areas: Recruitment (ATS and Mobility Platform), Talent Management
(employee performance and succession plan), training and development (on-line Contagious
University/Knowledge Sharing Center with focus on brand programs, digital and account mgt), Measurement
(annual climate surveys, exit interviews and dashboards). PWW recognised as “best in class” in the project
management of the Group tools (Stepstone suite: core data, compensation and performance management)
Created the first ever WW CSR program for PWW “Publicis Forests” (a new hire= one tree planted in Cameroon
in a village helping women’s autonomy + additional trees planted in Peru to fully compensate the carbon
emissions of the induction program WW and certified by an external body)
