Club Survey responses to the membership: Caprice to send out draft email – to be sent out to
membership prior to 3/7.
2. Estimate to restripe parking area $696.00. Price approved. Waiting weather conditions.
3. Tennis court divider curtains on order from Putterman. Ready to install. Test install 2013/02/28.
4. Edgebrook financial position & possible refinance / restructure. Brad has talked with banker and
we are currently getting the property appraised.

1. Business from the floor.
a. Credit cards – New ruling allowing for businesses to charge credit card fees through to the
customer.
Brad: Review breakdown of fees and make recommendation on what to charge.
