The focus is on engaging families and involving them in young children’s learning. In addition to providing resources, they host several activities at low or no cost to families of young children each year. Check out their website: www.matsufamilies.org The Importance of Preschool Research has consistently shown that children who attend a high quality preschool program are not only more successful in school, but have lifelong advantages. They are more likely to graduate from high school, to be employed, and less likely to depend on public assistance.
