Working within the Income Generation Team under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the job holder will contribute towards the delivery of a sales and marketing strategy to increase sales of Speakers Trust traded workshops. With responsibility for all client workshops, the Coordinator will create processes to effectively analyse all traded income activity and generate new business. Acting as the first point of contact for all Associates, partners and clients, this role is central to the activities of the Income Generation Team. Responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target by responding to all in-coming enquiries and generating new client leads Writing proposals, meeting clients, converting bookings and co-ordinating all details relating to the commercial trading activity of Speakers Trust Using appropriate software, recording progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Business Development Director. Researching new potential markets, devising and delivering sales drives Compilation of regular overview stats for the Income Generation Team Promoting the vision and core messages of Speakers Trust Encouraging repeat business by networking with current clients and their colleagues To develop and maintain potential clients through attendance at promotional events. Analyse market and rival competitors, make recommendations to support the development of existing and new products To identify cross selling opportunities and capitalise on them Marketing Providing input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses Responsibility for the ordering and dissemination of marketing materials Operations You will act as the central contact point for Associate trainers, Clients and general enquiries Associate Trainers: - Be the first point of contact for Associate Trainers - Work with Associate Trainers, ensuring reliable delivery of commissioned adult and child workshops and that all paperwork including feedback is completed - Responsible for allocating the most appropriate Associate Trainers to each commissioned workshop - Maintaining the Associate Trainer database ensuring they remain eligible for work. Client management: - Act as the point of contact for clients and ensuring that clients of our commissioned and traded workshops have all necessary workbooks and documentation. Sales Communications: - Website – updating sales related information, promotional materials, news stories by liaising with website co-ordinator - Telephone – answering and fielding phone calls - Printing and advertising - co-ordinating the printing of training manuals, publicity materials for open days - You will be responsible for producing quarterly newsletters in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
