The FRM team’s primary goal is to build fan loyalty and growth across all territories through an understanding of their behaviours and needs. The Commercial Database & Insights Executive will provide support to ensure that underlying data driving customer insight is accurate, providing audience selections for campaigns and building insights based on data analysis _____________________________________________________________ Key responsibilities Campaign selections Provide support for campaign management in making selections from the database for email, postal and SMS campaigns. Any period of work required must be appropriate and not excessive.
