- Innovation Management: ensure on time in full launching of all new events & innovations with right
volumes,

- Control and track all of the company’s RM/PMs cargo both sea and air ordered by Maghreb Steel,
- Updates Raw Stock System on all purchases to purchase advice number, item number, currency, etc.
- Request forward cover from Financial department for all orders raised and estimate date of payment which is
the due date for receipt of Original shipping documents in line with requested delivery date
- Target Zero Out of stock and Zero Demurrages,
- Monitor progress of all firm RM/PM orders from initiation up to delivery into warehouse,

- Ensures suppliers provide the relevant documentation in time to facilitate clearance of cargo. Particularly
ensures that suppliers provide relevant shipment information and systems are constantly updated,
- Maintain records of all “special” import permits and ensure permits are renewed whenever necessary for all
Maghreb Steel categories,
- Share a daily tracker for ongoing clearance; and a report every Friday the fcst of the receipts related to the
coming weeks with all members of Supply Chain.
