After seeing in a literature review that a single aim of entry into the capital of a company is to succeed the output usually manifested by the sale of the stake through the IPO, this article describes and analysis Private equity participations between 2003 and 2005 in companies operating in the field of Hardware, software and computer services in Morocco through their financial and summary statements. This article will not only assess the financial contribution of these companies but also to demonstrate that they could actually benefit from the expertise of this particular type of investors that allowed them to follow the dynamics of the technology sector.
