Application to higher education institution

International applicants have to submit the proof of their qualifications recognized in Lithuania:
1.
Certificate of credential evaluation issued by the
Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education in
Lithuania.
2.
Certificate of recognition of the qualifications issued by
Ministry of Education of the Republic of Lithuania.

It takes about one month for EU citizens and up to 6 months!!! for non EU citizens to get a temporary residence permit.
