Online Funding Application Guidance
Our online application process is fast and efficient and it means you have peace of mind financially
before embarking on student life with us.
Please ensure that you have received your invitation email to apply before proceeding. You should apply for
funding within 6 weeks of your course start date as funds are limited.
Communication is the key. We tend to communicate via mobile and email – so please ensure we have your
most up-to-date contact details. This allows us to let you know about everything from the application process
right through to attendance and payment notifications for the duration of your course.

you have missed something or incorrectly completed the application you must advise us via the communication tab
which you will find when you logon to your online account.
If you forget your password you can use the “forgotten password” link on the sign-in page. This will send an email to
your account ,that has been set up as a user name, with a new password containing random letters and numbers – you
can change this in MY ACCOUNT to something you can remember more easily.
If you require help with applying online, please make an appointment by emailing the student funding team at

to include a contact telephone number for a member of the team to call you.
