The different topics should somehow connect to show the relevance to the main topic. Outlines should have a thesis statement. This statement should contain a sentence summarizing the information the paper is trying to present (www.lavc.edu). Outline Format I. Introduction- Thesis Statement II. Main Topic- This will increase the comprehension of the reader III.
