Purpose of Interactive Television

To provide access to, and distribute academic programs
originating from Minnesota State University, Mankato to
remote located students through out the state of Minnesota.
To Supplement and support students using other forms of
distant learning opportunities, such as on line learning.

Video support:
• Assist faculty in the development of video clips for use in off
line and on line class presentations
• Development of special video campus wide projects such as
MSUM’s convocation video, recruitment videos for
departments and colleges
• Assist faculty on their video projects in the lab
• Advisement on purchases of video equipment for faculty
(cameras, editing software, computer specifications etc)
