Corporate Indirect Communications Project
•
Identify Top 1000 UK companies and define the business sectors they operate
in
•
Prioritise Business Sectors in terms of volumes & risk
•
Identify and qualify the most appropriate Trade Associations to communicate
21CN messages to members in priority sectors
•
Also identify and qualify the horizontal Trade Associations across all sectors
that are concerned with telephony; and shortlist them
•
Develop content for all collateral with help of CP expertise, including corporate
specific Q&A and switched-on website additions
•
Gain approval of the key sectors, trade associations and collateral by the
communication working group prior to any contact being made with trade
associations
•
Representatives from Consult21 / switched-on will manage the :
– Priority TAs – phone call and follow up meeting
– Back up TAs – Email/letter with tool kit information (Press Releases/
presentations etc)
