Initial investment
In this section, it will be considered those expenses which will be faced at the
beginning of the project. The costs that will be included in this budget are: the
cost of all the optical fiber of onCAT both rented and civil work and the cost of
the needed equipments (LTMs, ADMs, DXCs, Optical Amplifiers, Multiplexers,
Demultiplexers, Synchronism Equiment, etc.).
Next table shows the total number of kilometers that we have rented to some
provider and those kilometers that we build up our own infrastructures due to
are not possible to rent, and the total cost of the fiber. The cost of the fiber for
each link can be consulted in the Annex X.
