Students will learn how to properly write a
number from standard form into expanded form.
Students will learn the hundreds, tens, and ones
place value.

WRITING NUMBERS IN EXPANDED FORM


Remember when writing numbers in expanded
form you have a hundreds, tens, and ones spot.
So 486 is the same as
400+80+6=486
OR
