LIONSGATE MOCKINGJAY COVER COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Competition closes on Friday 13th March, 2015 at 6pm GMT

The Promoter is Lions Gate International (UK) Limited of 5th Floor, 45
Mortimer Street, London, W1W 8HJ (Company No. 08936180). The
competition is run in association with Think Jam Limited.

Entrants must be aged 12 or over and must be a resident in the UK. Entrants
aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to the premiere.
Proof of age and residence will be required to receive the prize.

This competition is not open to employees of Lions Gate International (UK)
Limited or Think Jam or associated agents of those companies or anyone else
professionally connected with this competition.

To enter the competition, users must upload their own cover of “The Hanging
Tree” as featured in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and hashtag
#MockingjayCover

Only one entry per person will be considered. A valid Twitter account that
clearly identifies the holder as being a Twitter user is needed.

Entries that are incomplete, illegal, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed
invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or
delayed in transmission.

Prize for each main winner is 1 (one) pair of tickets to the Premiere of The
Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part - 2 in London. Entrants must be able to
attend on the day of the event.

Entry to and attendance at the Premiere is subject to respectful and
appropriate behaviour. The dress code is smart. The Promoter reserves the
right to deny the Winner and their guest entry and revoke their attendance
at the event should they not adhere to the dress code and should they
behave inappropriately.

The red carpet at the event may be filmed by the Promoter as part of the
publicity for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2. The Winner and their
guest may be asked to sign a release form to give their permission should
they be in the background of any footage.

Travel, accommodation and spending money are not included.

In the unlikely event that the premiere is cancelled, no alternative event will
be arranged and no alternative prize will be available.

The promoter reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend
or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.

There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not
transferable and no part of the prize may be substituted for other benefits,
items or additions.

The prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any
other competition or promotion by the prize winner.

Winners will be chosen based on the strength of their entry as decided by
Lions Gate UK and Carrie Hope-Fletcher, and contacted by a representative
from Think Jam by return tweet on Tuesday 31st March 2015. Winners must
respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of their prize or the promoter
has the right to pick an alternative winner.

By entering the competition, the winners give consent for their name,
contact number and address to be passed to a third party provider for
delivery of the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the promoter assumes no
liability for any claim, loss or damage arising (whether directly or indirectly).

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be
entered into.


Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and
conditions.

The names of the winner(s) will be announced on Twitter. The winner’s name
and county and/ or the names of the judges may be obtained for three
months after the competition close date by sending a signed request along
with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the
Marketing Team, 5th Floor, 45 Mortimer Street, London, W1W 8HJ. The
request must state ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 Premiere Draw
Winners’.

These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
