1. The survey is open to all but only those who provide their name and address will
be entered into the free prize draw.
2. The promoter is the Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL.
Formed under Royal Charter number RC000304.. Employees of the Law Society
or anyone professionally involved in the promotion and their family members are
excluded from entry.
3. The closing date for entries is 29 June 2012 at 23.59. The prize draw will be
made on 2July 2012.
4. The winners will be notified in writing and/or phone by 6 July 2012. The winners
must confirm acceptance of the prize by 16 July 2012. If a winner does not
accept the prize or if a winner does not respond within the period stated, the
prize will then be offered to the next entry selected at random.
5. A cash value payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.
6. The prize of £100 Amazon vouchers or £100 worth of Law Society Publishing
books is non-transferable.
7. The winners’ names and counties will be available on request by sending an SAE
marked Law Society Publishing Draw to Law Society Publishing, FAO Sarah
Marling, 113 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1PL.
8. The winners will receive his or her prize within 3 months of the closing date.
9. Winners might be requested to participate in publicity.
10. Confidentiality laws will be observed.
11. All entries are subject to scrutiny by the Law Society whose decision is final. No
correspondence will be entered into.
