Clinical Placements • Placements are not subject to student approval • Students are responsible for their own travel arrangements and any costs (parking, transit) • Access to a motor vehicle is not a pre-requisite but is strongly encouraged Clinical Placements • Funds are available to supplement travel costs for students who are posted in specific rural and remote locales • Students will be notified regarding confirmed placements at least 2 weeks prior to the start of term in most cases. • Policies related to clinical placements can be found on the York University Faculty of Nursing Website: Student Handbook.
