AT&T DTI
DTI (Data Transformation and Integration) project is an ETL project using Oracle
(SQL,PL/SQL), Informatica, Unix where data from different source systems extracted,
transformed and loaded to target system. Different source and target systems are Oracle
tables, flat files, MS-SQL Server.
Extensively worked on Informatica Design, Development, Testing activities. Implemented
performance tuning methods in Informatica, Oracle Database. Worked on SQL,PL/SQL coding
activities as per the need basis. Used Unix shell script as wrapper script which invokes
Informatica workflows. Used crontab for scheduling batch jobs.
Working as Technical Architect in this project and the responsibilities are analyzing
requirement documents from client , involving in discussions with upstream and downstream
systems for end to end data flow, reviewing high level design documents for any clarifications,
preparing low level design documents which describes end to end flow in DTI project,
designing informatica mappings, supporting project team in handling and troubleshooting
informatica coding issues, performance improvement, supporting system test and production
support teams for analyzing and fixing informatica coding/design issues, deployment activities
etc.

AT&T USOP
USOP application is developed using informatica 8.5 and involved in providing solution
architecture and technical guidance of this application. Prepared Application Interface Design
Documents (AID) which describes about source system functionality and the supposed
integration between source system and target system, High Level Design Document which
describes in detail about the architectural solution (HLD), Low Level Design Document (LLD)
which further expands the solutions w.r.to entity mapping from source and target.
Extensively worked on Informatica Design, Development, Testing activities. Implemented
performance tuning methods in Informatica, Oracle Database. Worked on SQL,PL/SQL coding
activities as per the need basis. Used Unix shell script as wrapper script which invokes
Informatica workflows. Used crontab for scheduling batch jobs.
Worked in this project as Technical architect which includes analyzing the functional
requirements, preparing high level design documents for approval from all stake holders,
designing informatica mappings for better performance and scalability, supporting end to end

source systems like NDR,PMOSS,OPTIMA,GSTOOL,GCP and one target system called USOP. In
each release corresponding to the enhancements or changes in source system USOP also need
to enhance so that the changes in sources have been captured in USOP.

AT&T SCA CCPM
Sales Compensation Application Call Centre Performance Management System has been
developed using Informatica Ver 8.5 and Oracle 9i database. SCA tracks the performance of
the sales team. The Performance information is stored in different sources like tables, files. By
applying complex formulaes and conditions the performance data will be stored in multiple
tables in target system which is Oracle database. Created Application Interface Design
document , High level design document for SCA application.
Worked as Technical architect and senior developer in this project which includes solution
designing for the requirements using informatica which are scalable and better performance.
Extensively worked on Informatica Design, Development, Testing activities. Implemented
performance tuning methods in Informatica.

BT One Siebel Iview Analytics
Iview Analytics is a data warehousing project developed using Informatica as ETL tool,
Oracle9i as database and Siebel Analytics as reporting tool. Siebel CRM Package has been
used for this project and customization has been done as per the requirement for Informatica
mappings and for Siebel Analytics reporting. Data from One Siebel will be extracted,
transformation logic will be applied and loaded into Iview database using ETL tool Informatica.
Siebel Analytics has been used for reporting purpose. Separate Informatica mappings (SDE
and SIL Mappings) have been developed for extracting and Loading of data from source and
target respectively.
Extensively worked on Informatica Design, Development, Testing activities. Implemented
performance tuning methods in Informatica, Oracle Database. Worked on SQL,PL/SQL coding
activities as per the need basis. Used DAC(Datawarehouse Application Console) for scheduling
Informatica workflows.

Metro MGI CCS is the IT arm of Metro company which is mainly into Retail business throughout
the world. Presently METRO is handling both retail and wholesale data in two different
machines and would like to analyse the data of retail and wholesale by having data at one
common location and while bringing data validations have to be done and some business logic
has to be applied on the data. Developed the system using Teradata database and different
teradata utilities and brought data to the target database.




This application was developed for client British Transco, UK. Involved in modules Supplier and
Stock Management. At present British Transco is maintaining their business data in legacy
systems i.e in AS/400 system. They would like to analyse the data present in different modules
of the system. Transco has chosen Oracle8 as the target database and Informatica 5.1 as the
front end tool. Received functional specifications from client and prepared the corresponding
design documents based on the business logic. Prepared Informatica mappings according to
the design documents. Prepared Unit test cases and executed the unit test cases after
completion of development of the mappings.
