At the end of the class, students will be able to know 1. all the words, phrases and sentences they have learned this half school year. 2. cultural literacy. 3. meanings of some common radicals. Show students some words with the same radicals and ask them the meaning of the words Lesson Objectives Identify General Learner Outcome (GLO) Students will be able to identify the meaning of Chinese characters with the help of pinyin. Step 2—Assessment Evidence Performance task — What will students do to show what they have learned? Performance criteria — How good is good enough to meet standards? At the end of the class, students are expected to make as many phrases as possible with all the Chinese characters they have learnt.
