J Holcombe & Associates, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in new business capture, operational logistics,
corporate turnaround & financial analysis/due diligence projects. Flagship clients include: Boeing, Lockheed
Martin, Comprehensive Health Services, Inc., ManTech International, Kennedy Space Center and A.T.
Kearney.
 Created the valuation model resulting in the successful buyout of all $30 million in outstanding stock for
a commercial real estate investment trust (REIT)

 Successfully passed a $450 million integrated strategy plan to the Board of Directors while reducing
capital expenditures by $50 million dollars
 Directed senior leadership team through the merger integration planning of the $1 billion acquisition of

A.T. KEARNEY, INC. – Principal, Strategic Information Technology Practice, Chicago, IL (1998-2001). A.T.
Kearney is a $1 billion high value added, international financial and strategy consulting firm.
 Prepared the post-merger integration plan for$7 billion merger between two specialty chemical
companies. Plan included 14 plant consolidations, ERP implementation and sourcing arrangements
 Led the strategy team, which successfully designed the present value model for a $1 billion IT
