Purpose
 A key entry point for the hiring and developing future
executives at Chevron
 The program was started in 1946 and has a long and
successful track record
 Alumni of the Finance MBA program have routinely become
senior-level executives, including:

Comptroller

VP of Strategy & Planning
Operating Company Presidents
Vice Chairman
Treasurer
Executive Vice President
Investor Relations Manager
VP of Policy, Government and Public Affairs
VP of Finance for major operating companies
 Focus is in finance, but program feeds all areas of the
