Follow the instructions in the voicemail guide for first time login and greetings. ☐ Canadian Employees: Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) all commercial electronic messages (CEMs) must indicate the identity of the person/entity sending the CEM. ☐ All employees must attach a signature to their Lotus Notes (desktop) email, as well as email sent by their job related mobile device. Instructions for creating signatures in Lotus Notes and for mobile devices can be found on the CASL page in the Canada section of Channel Z.
