JANE F. CONRAD of Zurich American Insurance Company is a Loyola University of
Chicago magna cum laude graduate and high school valedictorian with a BA in both
Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, and a Minor in German.
Jane joined Zurich in 1996 after 10 years with Northbrook Property & Casualty where, after a series of promotions, she worked as a Head Office Large Loss Analyst for all types of GL claims. At Zurich, she started in the Major Case Unit (MCU) overseeing large domestic claims, then moved to Specialties Excess Casualty, and is currently a
MCU Supervisor for Zurich’s International GL Claims department handling catastrophic claims and overseeing claims worldwide for over 800 global customers.
With 27 years of complex claims, customer management, and marketing experience,
Jane takes ownership and provides her accounts exceptional claims and account management. Underwriters often request she be assigned to their accounts to assist in account retention and acquisition.
Jane has received various awards and recognition for customer service, innovative claims handling, and technical excellence, including the prestigious Zurich Gold Award.
