My View Point for this Project
• Chance for me to internship in a famous financial company—Zurich Study for two
days in HKU and enjoy the elegance of this well-known university.
• Broaden my horizon and helped me think more clearly about my career.

我的主要工作内容
• 本人担任团队组长，带领团队共同完成项目任务，取得了模拟投资比赛和商业
策划大赛两项冠军。
• 组织团队齐心协力完成比赛，安排各人分工，协调团队工作，保证团队有效沟
通、高效工作。
• 负责商业策划书文稿的汇总排版和格式调整，帮助修改组员各自完成的部分，
制作团队介绍和商业策划书的PPT，包括内容剪辑、排版格式、Logo修改，并
与陈思琦共同负责产品分析部分的撰写。

My View Point for this Project
• I am so glade and honored to participate in the Business Immersion Program. The BIP
introduced a lot of information about law and investment and I also change my mind
on the operations of insurance company.
• I know the importance of teamwork and nothing is impossible if we face it with our
team.

• Completed the Financial Statement Analysis with my coworker Wei Wei.

My View Point for this Project
• I really recognize the importance of teamwork, in my opinion, no gap between
leaders and members does improve the productivity of the group. We all pull on the
same string and that is why we were able to create an excellent working atmosphere
and result.

• 与Fabian 杨麦 共同完成Financial Statement Analysis
• 主要负责Financial Statement Analysis 中， 数据收集部分：无法满足报告关于预
测的要求（2008年为金融危机），因此采集信息（如路透社，新浪股票）找到
2005 2006 2009（annual）Balance Sheet 与 Income statement 中的大部分数据。
• 2005-2009 四年关于Liquidity Ratios的计算

• 學會很多關於投資的知識，還有認識了紅組各位組員們。
• 如果只想靠個人的能力去做到一項艱巨的事情是很困難的，只有依靠團隊的力
量，每個人發揮自己最擅長的部份，再艱巨的困難也難不倒我們。

我的主要工作
• 根據組員寫出來的各個部份做Executive Summary，我覺得Executive Summary
是一份計畫書的靈魂，所以以簡潔的形式儘量總結組員每個部份最精華的部份。
能清晰的表達出計畫的highlights and objective
• 市場調研和市場分析。根據市場調研，對市場進行市場細分，從而找出目標市
場。
• 營銷策略的4P方法，以及Relationship strategy從而達到我們的目標。

My View Point for this Project
• The BIP Project meant a lot to me!
• It’s a memorable experience that I shall cherish forever and on.
• During the process, I learned not only how to cooperate with my teammates, but also
how to make efficient use of talents in a limited time spam. What’s more, I got a
much better understanding of the current market in HK and mainland China. And I
finally figured out whether working in HK or in an insurance company is suitable for
me in the future, which does good to me the sooner the better.

• 苏黎世产品介绍。简要的为苏黎世给类保险基金介绍。
• 为苏黎世公司基金的推广做市场战略策划。其中包括建议苏黎世将部分盈利用
于慈善事业；开展定期员工培训；提高公司品牌形象，提高经营策略，增强投
资者信心，培养长期客户群。

我的主要工作内容
