The aim of this course is providing opportunities for students to gain
knowledge about specific needs, problems and solutions in
childhood and adolescence, to create an overall intervention plan
related to special situations that require assistance, to plan individual
and group counseling and guidance activities with children and
adolescents.
Students will be able to recognize the developmental

characteristics and guidance needs of adolescents.
Students will be able to remember the competencies that

adolescents need to be acquired.
Students will be able to comprehend how competencies can

be acquired to adolescents..
Students will be able to understand the areas and their

characteristics that adolescents may need professional help.
Students will be able to make intervention plans for special
