Also include information about the extent to which you have already developed your ideas and discussed or obtained sign-up from relevant internal and external stakeholders. 3.3. Why the integration described in section 3.2 is a priority Explain why the integration of the services covered by the bid are a priority. 4. Description of Proposal Please provide a description of your proposal in no more than 3 pages. Descriptions should be SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound – including proposed start and finish dates for the pilot and monitoring/ reporting arrangements. Please also include what help central Government can provide – whether in terms of backing in principle or whether active involvement with individual central Government funding providers will be desirable/ necessary. Provide some details around your proposed timescales for delivery of the integrated model What benefits are expected to result from the integration of those services?
