was first published on 4 November 1869. It was ranked
the world's most cited scientific journal by the Science

an impact factor of approximately 42.4, and is widely
regarded as one of the few remaining academic journals
that publishes original research across a wide range of
scientific fields.Nature claims an online readership of
about 3 million unique readers per month. The journal
has a circulation of around 53,000 but studies have

Science, also widely referred to as Science Magazine, is
the academic journal of the American Association for the
Advancement of Science (AAAS) and is one of the
world's top scientific journals. A peer-reviewed journal, it
was first published in 1880, is currently circulated weekly
and has a print subscriber base of around 130,000.
Because institutional subscriptions and online access
serve a larger audience, its estimated readership is
570,400 people.
Science is based in Washington, D.C., United States, with
a second office in Cambridge, England.
