• Recruitment refers to the overall process of
attracting, selecting and appointing suitable
candidates for jobs within an organization,
either permanent or temporary.
• Recruitment can also refer to processes
involved in choosing individuals for unpaid
positions, such as voluntary roles or training
programs.
