Cite your sources for both information and images at the bottom of each entry. 3. For each entry, include a thorough description of the event, policy, or person. Policies – include the major provisions of the policy, who was responsible for it, and what effect has it had. Has it been successful? Is it controversial? Has it been amended? Events – include location, responsible parties, long-term effects/ramifications, mitigation efforts, etc. People – birth and death dates, major contributions. You may choose to enter the person under his/her birth date OR under the date of a major contribution or publication he/she is associated with. 4.
