2013 UCAS Updates
6 former Cabellas offices joined us as they shut down their real estate
division. Auction services was a large point of differentiation.
New Timberland SPG, our proven success rate in selling large timber tracts
at auction with a coordinated effort from numerous UC offices and the
Home Office brings the power and discipline of the nation’s largest
integrated real estate and auction firm to the timber industry.
This opens the door for all UC offices to pursue timberland nationally with
specially designed tools and marketplace knowledge at their disposal.
The upcoming new UC Hospitality SPG will assist our affiliates in securing
listings and effectively market and sell hotels, motels, restaurants and retail
pad sites. All UC affiliates at some time should have an opportunity to sell
one of these asset types. This SPG will give our affiliates an advantage in
securing and selling hospitality , food service and related pad sites.
2013 UCAS Updates
UCAS has negotiated with a national real estate auction company to accept
referrals of property the were either not in a position to offer or are located
in areas they do not serve. Twelve of these referrals have already been sent
to UC offices to date.
The Mineral Marketing.com partnership has resulted in 10 deals over the
course of the relationship. This relationship allows all UC offices to offer oil
and gas services to their markets.
UC now offers an Online Auction Platform that affiliates can embed into
their office page that is branded United Country and powered by Proxibid.
In the next segment of our online auction offering, UCAS is currently in the
process of building a relationship with an auction tech support program.
UCAS welcomes Jimmie Dean Coffey to our team as National Director of
Auction Development. In his role he will pursue new auction partners and
help support our amazing group of auctioneers.

2014 UCAS Goals and Initiatives
• New PR program launched to increase consumer awareness of UC brand and
aid in promotion of existing offices
• Expand our pursuit of national & state financial institutions
• Hospitality SPG to launch soon, will include hotels, motels, restaurants and
pad site locations
