The site is being developed for two reasons:
It is a tool to assist local business in addressing the local labour shortage
It will educate people about and attract them to The Provost Region
Please answer the sections that you feel apply to your business. You don’t have to fill
every section, but, the more information we have, the better your listing will be. Please
attach additional paper or insert space electronically so you can complete the form.
Please complete each section as you would like it to appear on the website. When we
receive your completed information, we will enter it as it appears. Point form is
acceptable if that is what you want to appear on the website.
Once your profile is up, we ask that you review it at least once a year to make sure all the
information is accurate. You can inform us at any time if changes need to be made. We
want to work with you to ensure you have the best presence possible on the site.
We invite you to inspect the website so that you have a clear understanding of what we

The Provost Economic Development Committee has identified labour attraction as
our #1 priority this year and many of our resources are going into this project.
Our plan is to advertise the website in areas of Canada and elsewhere where
unemployment is high and where workers may be available. We expect our local
opportunities will attract new employees, new families and new customers to
The Provost Region.
Without your information, our site will not be effective. We hope that all businesses in
the region will see the value in this new tool and take advantage of it!
