2001, Code of Corporate Governance, International Financial Reporting Standards, GAAP) I was also
responsible to ensure compliance with Anti-money Laundering, Data Privacy, Record Retention, Complaint
Resolution and other compliance policies and procedures of ALICO.

Compliance with the capital, deposit, investment, solvency and other financial statements
preparation/disclosure requirements under UAE Insurance Authority Laws, Qatar Financial Centre
Regulatory Authority Rules, Central Bank of Bahrain Laws and Regulations, Capital Market Authority Oman
Laws and Regulations and Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
