INTERNAL AUDIT DIRECTOR
A client of ours, an entrepreneurial organization is seeking out an entrepreneurially-minded Internal
Audit Director to make an impact while playing a key role in this prestigious, highly reputable, and
profitable company headquartered in Omaha.

Working closely with the CFO and Audit Committee, act as a key strategic advisor to the
businesses from a risk and security perspective, conducting an organization-wide
As head of the department, you will be responsible for the supervision and execution of
internal audit fieldwork on audit assignments.
Assessing the effectiveness of accounting, finance and operational controls covering all
operations of the company.
Develop short and long-term audit priorities, goals and plans for a corporate internal audit
program
Directing the compliance and implementation of corporate governance activities
CIA, CISA, or CPA highly preferred
