Community: In your own words, define community and explain its importance to Foster
International (FIN). Please discuss both a challenge and an opportunity posed by living in a
community of nearly 200 students representing diverse cultures, languages, and nationalities?
Diversity: Foster International celebrated its 25th anniversary during the 2008-2009 school
year. What types of events and activities might you propose for your Fall 20112Q100 students
as we continue to develop as a living-learning center and support diversity on the IUB
campus?
