 Discuss the theme of fate versus free will in the play. Analyze what Brutus, Cassius,
and Caesar believed about these things and state what the play had to say overall on this
subject. Stoicism vs Epicurean
 Evaluate the worldview of Julius Caesar
 Identify universal themes in Julius Caesar
 Harkness Table discussion
 Compare and contrast the rhetorical devices used by Marc Antony and Brutus in their
respective eulogies.
