COURSE: S222 LAW ENFORCEMENT DEVELOPMENT COURSE AIM: The personal development of participants and to make them aware of the critical issues in respect of the community, Human Resource Management and Operational Policing. DURATION: 2 weeks PROPOSED DATE: TARGET GROUP: Assistant Superintendents and officers of equivalent rank in the Disciplined services. Inspectors with at least two (2) years experience in that rank and who are seen as having the potential to progress to the Gazetted ranks. They formally present their findings during the final week of the course.
