Strategic planning advisor to more than 20 federal and commercial organizations, including elements
of: the National Reconaissance Office (NRO), the U.S. Department of Energy, Lockheed Martin, and
the CIA.

Conducted organizational assessments for U.S. DOE at the Richland (Hanford), Savanah River, and
Portsmouth/Paducah Project Offices. Examined PM, IT, Leadership, and Security practices as part of
a DOE initiative to improve federal management to accelerate the nuclear cleanup across the EM
complex.

Developed a collaborative program risk assessment technique and successfully facilitated its
implementation with a Government-Industry integrated product team (IPT) on a complex engineering
space development program.
