MST. NUSRAT SHAMIM
Mst. Nusrat Shamim has been heading Husein Sugar Mills Limited since 2001, in her capacity as
Chairperson/Chief Executive Officer. She has also contributed positively as director in many other
companies. She is a lady of business wisdom, believing in advance planning and hard work with a team
of professionals.
She is also Chairperson of HSM Education Trust and HSM Healthcare Trust, established in 2003. Both
the Trusts have been providing quality education and healthcare facilities to the poor of the area. Besides
aforementioned Trusts, Mst. Nusrat Shamim is also running/assisting a number of other welfare
projects/non-profit non-governmental organizations for the noble cause of providing relief to the poor and
needy people.
MR. AHMED ALI TARIQ
Mr. Ahmed Ali Tariq is Director in Husein Sugar Mills Limited. He was taken on the Board of the Company
in 2009. He is also on the Board of Director of a number of other companies. He is alumni of Lahore
American School, Lahore and is graduate from LUMS. He is a certified director from Institute of Cost and
Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP).
MIAN SHAHZAD ASLAM
Mian Shahzad Aslam has over 30 years of experience in the business and has been a member of the
Company’s Board of Directors since long. He is alumni of Atchison College, Lahore. Currently, Mian
Shahzad is Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company.
MIAN AAMIR NASEEM
Mian Aamir Naseem, Director of the company is Master in Business Administration from USA. He has
business experience of over two decades, since 1990. He remained active in managing affairs of the
Company in the past. He is Chief Executive Officer of Shadab Textile Mills Limited and director in a
number of other companies.
MR. MUHAMMAD SHAMS AMIN
Mr. Shams Amin joined Board of Directors of the Company in 2011 after completing his studies from
Lahore School of Economic. Owing to his keen interest in the affairs of the Company, he has been
deputed as Chairman of Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is a
Certified Director from University of Lahore (UoL).
MR. MUSTAFA ALI TARIQ
Mr. Mustafa Ali Tariq joined the Board on December 24, 2012. He is alumni of Lahore American School.
