JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Currently working with Capital First Ltd. ( earlier the company name was Future Capital ) and I am
part of the Lending team in Kolkata responsible for acquiring customers for Mortgage and Home
loans, directly through internal channels as well as through external channels (DSA’s & Referrals).
Earlier I was also managing the Consumer Durable business as Regional Manager for Electronics and
Furniture Products from Future Group Stores like Pantaloon, Ezone , Home Town and Big Bazaar
formats in East Region. Key deliverables are achieving revenue targets both through loans,
processing fees, controlling delinquency and moving branches to profitability. Also I was responsible
for start up of our Consumer Durable business in Open Market at Kolkata and was successful in
getting all the big / key dealers of Kolkata like Khosla Electronics Pvt ltd , Great Eastern Trading Co.
and others for our business. Also responsible for recruiting manpower at all the open market stores
and had successfully done the same. Disbursed 700 units of consumer durable loans from east region
with an avg value of 1.75CR monthly. Also maintained Bkt X resolution of 93% to 95% month on
month for Kolkata and 100% for other locations in East.
From 2009 to 2010 along with the consumer durable business I was also responsible for the
distribution business of kolkata which included Insurance products ( both Life and Non Life
Insurance ) , Mutual Funds and HDFC Bank PL and Business Loan. Had driven the distribution
business successfully and disbursed 3 crs of Businesss including PL salaried and Business Loan in 1
year. In the month of August 2009 was able to achieve Famous Five Contest for distribution business
and I was among the five to achieve the contest. In distribution business had gained experience along
with good relationship at various levels.
I have been successful in sustaining business volumes, controlling deliquencies and profitability across
the locations.

Currently managing business in Loan against Property ( HE) and Home Loan for Kolkata Location
with average monthly business of 5-6 cr a month. Have disbursed big ticket size LAP cases which
includes one single case of 25 cr single handedly. Portfolio quality being excellent till date. Maintained
good relationship with all the customers and all our business associates which has helped to get
incremental and quality business. Focused mainly on retail business with business ticket size of 1 to 3
cr. Also being successfully achieved insurance target and penetration on LAP business done till date.
Being able to maintain healthy business IRR for better profitability of the product. Have started
mortgage business from scratch & made location operational with good achievement. New channels
were identified, appointed & trained for the location so that monthly targeted figures should be

I was responsible for sourcing business from Kolkata and Up Country for Two wheeler and
Consumer Durable of 1200 units and 1500 units respectively . Also handled Key accounts in
consumer durable counters like Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd , Great Eastern Electronics in kolkata
where no of monthly finance volume was 600 units each . Handled outsourced sales team of 60 people
