Qualification and Experience
Civil Construction Engineer worked with many construction companies in different location
Excellent experience in Project Management, document controls, Safety officer for (12) projects in Iraq with US
army corps of engineers in Iraq-Afghanistan re construction program.
Administering the oversight and management of the resident management system to ensure all project information
is reflected accurately and timely.
Perform quality assurance review of all associated closeout documentation. Prepare, package and file all required
project closeout letters and memorandums to ensure timely and accurate property transfer and project completion
Prepare, package and process all contractor invoice payment requests. Additionally, ensure financial data (funds
obligated-issued amount) are properly synchronized and reflected.
Analyze and verify effectiveness and accuracy of the contractor's quality control program for producing quality work
on project sites as required. In addition, conduct weekly project site inspections to assess weekly project accrual
percentage. Perform quality assurance review of all associated closeout documentation. Prepare, package and file
all required project closeout letters and memorandums to ensure timely and accurate property transfer and project
completion.
Performance:
1) The KUFAN group for Engineering and Technology (2008 until Nov.2012)
 Site visit for many projects and assessment for coast and submitted full breakdown with specific details.
 Walk down through vital project and determine quantities, prices estimated cost for the projects.
a) TAJI BRICK FACTORY
I had worked with KUFAN Group Company as Project Manager in Taji Brick factory in Baghdad so our
contract under the Corps of Engineer in Taji Military base with JCCI and the work include constructed the
Kiln as phase I and we have Phase II for operation
b) Design and Build NAMAB Bulk Fuel Facility and Lab
Project Location: NAMAB (Al Muthanna air base) Camp Victory / Baghdad, Iraq
I had worked with KUFAN Group Company as Project Manager in New Al Muthanna Air base Bulk Fuel
Storage (NAMAB).
This project includes design and construction of four horizontal, above ground steel 190,000 L JP-8 storage
tanks for a total of, one JP-8 truck offload system, two JP-8 truck fill stands, fuel pumps, filter separators, one
38,000 L diesel storage tank, a diesel truck offload system, a diesel truck fill stand, asphalt paved roads and
concrete paved truck hardstands with spill containment, fuel truck parking area, sunshade canopies over truck
hardstands and fueling equipment, a building to house the Fuel Operations Facility, and communications
systems. The design based on UNIFIED FACILITIES CRITERIA (UFC-450-3)
2) AL Bilal-Group Company Under Washington Group (WII) &Black and Vetch :( 2006 until 2007)
I had worked with Al Bilal Company which is contracted with Washington Group International System as a QC
Manager in Al Nasriyah Drainage pump station.
a) AL Bilal Group Company: (2007) Under Washington Group (WII) &Black and Veatch
I have been worked with the same company (AL Bilal Group Company) as a Quality control manager in
Industrial Service Water Building located near Pump Station No 1 on the Basra Sweetwater Canal.

Russian Company Named Inter Mach Company who they Responsible about the mechanical Work
only.
b) Al- Bilal Group Company: (2007 until 2008) Under PCO
I had worked as a Chief QC engineer with Al Bilal Group Company which has been contracted with the
PCO in project 132 KV Towers between Babil-Kerbala so we implemented 84 high Voltage Towers and the
work including pouring the foundation, erected the Towers, electric wiring, connected with sub stations and
testing.
c) Al- Bilal Group Company: (3 month 2008)
I had worked as Quality Control Manager civil engineer with Al Bilal Group Company which has been
contracted with Minstar of electrical in AL Hillah Gas Power Plan to perform three gas generators for high
tension plant.
3) Civil Engineer / Parsons Employment :( 2005 to 2006)
a) I had worked as a QA/QC Engineer with PARSONS company in Kerbala waste water treatment plant
(Kerbala WWTP) which is the part of Iraq reconstruction program and is specifically regarding Civil,
Mechanical and Electrical work for the rehabilitation and grade up (expansion) of existing Kerbala waste
water treatment plant subcontractor No. 24910-60H-LSU-007..
4) Civil Engineer/ Bechtel Employment (2004 until 2005)
I worked for Bechtel Corporation in phase I and phase II in Infrastructure Rehabilitation program (IIRP) as a civil
field Engineer in water treatment plant and waste water treatment plants oh heart land as the follow:
a) I had worked as a QC engineer with Bechtel company in KERBALA waste water treatment plant (Kerbala
WWTP) Sub contractor No.24910-600-AL00-040 (phase I).
b) I had worked as QC engineer and safety engineer with Bechtel company in ADDiwaniyah waste water
treatment plant (ADDiwaniyah WWTP) in the phase II, Mechanical and Electrical work and the work
included supply, Install, test and Commission of Electrical and Mechanical work rehabilitation and render
ADDiwaniyah WWTP fully operational.
c) Walk down through Kerbala waste water treatment plant and investigated all needed civil items and
mechanical items.
d) I had worked as start up engineer in Al Najaf water treatment plant (NAJAF WTP) in the night shift
(Installation and monitoring low, high and sludge pumps).
5) AL-Rebat Company: (May 2006)
I had worked with AL –REBAT Company in the north of Iraq as a site manager in AL SULAIMANIAH Bridge
which is connects the high way between AL SULAIMANIAH and AERBEEL City and the work Built concrete and
steel structures parts.
6) Al-Qasswa'a Company Employment: (2003 until 2004)
a) I had worked as a civil supervisor Engineer in good company named Al Qasswa'a Company which had
contracts from Bechtel Company in schools rehabilitation programs before.
b) I had worked as site engineer in al Najaf waste water treatment plant in the Civil work with al Qasswa'a
Company.
c) I had worked as civil site engineer with al Qasswa'a Company in many rural Water projects (compact unit for
portable water in Al Hillah city).
