Lights - pick up a key from the pro shop to turn the lights on. If there are no court reservations
after your session, turn lights off, and return key to Pro Shop. $50 Fee for unreturned key.
Limited to 1 hour for singles & 1 ½ hours for doubles when others are waiting.
Players must sign up in pro shop. A key to turn the lights on can be picked up in the Pro Shop.
Adults may not walk onto the courts without a $24 per hour court reservation.
League play has priority over lessons and paid reservations.
Once a court is reserved, it may not be canceled without payment.
The reserving member will be responsible for submitting all names for the court charge.
The wall clock is the official time. Court must be vacated by finish time.
Permanent court time may be usurped for special events such as pro-ams, exhibitions, or
professional tournaments at a $24 per hour reimbursement rate.
The guest fee is $10/day with a 3-time limit.
There will be no indoor court lesson or drill surcharges.
Indoor private lessons may be canceled if indoor courts are needed for drills, reservations, or club
programming.
Same reservation policy as used for outdoor courts – members may call two days in advance,
phone lines open in the Pro Shop at 8:30 a.m. (770-579-5030).

Drill Groups will always take precedence over Private Lessons.
Members need to call to confirm Private Lessons.
Sunday Teams will be placed on a rotation system for match days.

To schedule an indoor court for a K-Swiss or T-2 match, members need to follow normal two day in
advance reservation procedure. Only outdoor courts can be reserved prior to two days in advance.
ALTA & USTA captains of Sunday teams will be asked at the beginning of each season if their
team would like to be placed on a rotation list for securing the indoor courts for a match when
there is inclement weather. Rotation placement will be determined by a drawing at the beginning
of the season.
Teams pay $24 per hour for indoor courts for a pre-determined amount of court time.
Teams playing league matches are given 9 hours of court time at $216 divided amongst those
playing. There is no extra charge if the courts are used longer than the 9 hour allotted time frame.
If a senior team uses the indoor courts, the charge is $144 for 6 hours of court time, divided by 6
players.
Regular league play is based on 10 players for ALTA and 8 players for USTA.

Hourly court rental is $24/hour.
Reservations Monday-Friday can be made in 1 ½ hour blocks.
Reservations Saturday & Sunday can be made in 1 ½ hour or 2 hour blocks.
1 ½ hour court time can be purchased annually with a 10% discount.
Annual, 2 hour court time can be purchased on weekends with a 10% discount.
1½ hour court time can be purchased semi-annually.
Semi-Annual, 2 hour court time can be purchased on weekends.

Junior members prepay $350 per month for membership and programming.
The indoor courts will be used for Junior Drills during inclement weather Monday through Friday
(after school hours). This is virtually the only time the juniors have access to court time.
Juniors can reserve indoor courts the day of play.
Juniors may not have guests on the indoor courts.
Junior Academy Members may use indoor courts on a walk-up basis at no charge unless lighting
is desired. For lighting, a key needs to be acquired from the Pro Shop to turn the lights on. A $24
per hour court fee will be charged. Up to 8 juniors at a time per court. Juniors must vacate court
immediately and pick up balls upon arrival of a reservation.
BALL MACHINE
1.
The ball machine is used only on the indoor courts. There is no court charge or ball machine
charge when the ball machine is used in the daytime without lighting. If lighting is necessary, the
$24 per hour court fee is applied.
