of premier traditional universities nationwide” (Northcentral University.com, 2010).

The American Psychological Association noted that researchers should provide “the author, year,
and specific page citation” for every direct quote (Publication Manual of the American
Psychological Association, 2009).

There are many factors that should influence the decision of which institution to attend. One such
consideration is accreditation. At a minimum, the institution under consideration should be
accredited by a reputable body identified by the Higher Learning commission. NCU (2009)
“Higher education uses an accreditation process—performed by objective, not-for-profit external
agencies—to evaluate colleges, universities and educational programs for continuous quality.
[…] Northcentral is regionally accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North
Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Regional accreditation is the most respected and
recognized, whether a school is online or campus-based” (Northcentral University, 2010).

Furthermore, a positive relationship between graduate standardized test scores and graduate
