Innovation Carrier + Professional Experience of 60 years
Innovations:Before writing my profile I cannot forget to all my all well wishers, more so, the major ones are:-
I owe what I am today to, Late Shri S. L. Kirloskar Chairman of Kirloskar group who
encouraged my innovation and brought me in the lime light, by taking my patented seed
drill on a license basis for production, that too in early 1960s and offering me Head of
Agr. Design Dept. and other important post in the Organization in spite of knowing that
I am an MSc in Entomology, showing to the world that he is entirely result oriented and a
downright practical man with a vision.
Similarly Shri Prataprao Pawar, Chairman of Sakal News Paper Group, Pune, who has
given full publicity, in his reputed Newspaper “Sakal” to my Innovation of Apple for
Diabetes and new products.
3) Also I owe to Dr Anil Sahsrabudhe, Director of COEP ( College of Engineering, Pune
)who has appointed me as a Guide for COEP, to develop new products with the help of
their organization. In spite of my MSc Zoology degree.
4) Similarly Dr. S.G. Kane Vice President, R&D NOCIL Prof. IIT and his IIT group from
Pune, who have recognized my work on Diabetes and gave me an
” Innovation Award 2011” for Apple which is a novel finding for Diabetes cure,
eliminating medicine and Insulin
5) I am Grateful to Dr. Sunil Jagtap Managing Director of Sai Sneh Hospital, Katraj,
Pune. Who recently have adopted this “Apple Therapy for Diabetes “as a standard
prescription for Diabetes on his own initiative after seeing the results, and has agreed to
support my further Research on” Natural Secretion of Insulin in Diabetes Patients” and
any other Important work on this topic.
6) Another recent development is M/s Onio Design Baner Rd. Pune is, they have taken me
on their panel for consultations for Innovation and developing new products and
Projects.
7) And off late Dr. Makarand Phadke , Senior Vice President, Innovations and Dr Aravind Chinchure
GM Reliance Innovation and Head IP. Both from Reliance Innovation Leadership Centre,
All of them helping me as a Mentor, to bring my most simple but Globally useful and Novel innovation of

To start with, I quote my few Major Innovations:Pioneering Research on Diabetes of Global Importance : Found out that, Apple is a novel finding to reduce
sugar in Diabetes, eliminating Medicine and Insulin : Received a prestigious “Innovation Award 2011”from
IIT BAA Pune Chapters, and approved by Sai Sneh Hospital Katraj Pune,for regular use for patients.
Developed High Temp Adhesive to Protect SO2 plants in sugar factories: Life improvements to 18 months
instead of 2 months, for Acidic corrosion at 1200 C temperatures.
Made Russian import substitution of Canopy polishing paste for Hindustan Aeronautics, Ltd, Nashik, by
which Mig Aircrafts could fly for 6 years
Developed a Power Tiller working on 3.5 Hp engine, giving 12 in depth and 12 in width, in black cotton soil,
Recently applied for a Patent for Adhesive Tape Dispenser having unique and most simple dispenser In
India and in USA Patent no.3144 Mumbai 2011. Short listed by Wal Mart contest-“Get On the Shelf-“
Recently developed Unique single, but Multipurpose Metal Polish for, Viz. Gold, Silver, Copper, Bronze,
Aluminum, Steel, Table Tops, Glass, Tiles, Utensils, Machinery, Hard surfaces and many more
applications.
Being an individual inventor and having given promising results in various fields, from a Garage Lab,

Appointed as Development Officer and Head of Design Department of Agri. Equipment by Shri
S.L.Kirloskar,who has taken My Seed drill Patent, for production on License basis by Kirloskar Bros Ltd.
Seed drill designed and made suitable for production and field application, prepared literature and
popularize seed drill among farmers by demonstrations.
Ground nut shelling machine was design with automatic feeding of 100 kg per minute of shelling capacity,
by designing a Screw Conveyer.
Designed Power Tiller working on 3.5 hp Diesel Engine with pulling a plough of capacity 12 inch deep and
12 inch width capacity. THIS was AN INVENTION OF MISSION IMPOSSIBLE type, because even 30
HP Tractor cannot give this performance. Demonstration of this power Tiller in black cotton soil was seen
by Chairman Shri S.L.Kirloskar and all MDs of Kiloskar group companiesin the year 1968
Designed a common frame to fit all Kirloskar ploughs on one frame, which was patented by Kiloskar Bros.
Newly developed Kirloskar Mono Block Pump introduced first time in Market
During recessation of Oil engine market in 1969, sold 500 engines in one Taluka in 2 months, which was an
Impossible Mission
I Was deputed as Testing officer for selection of 30 to 60 HP Deutz Tractors from Germany, and their
implements/Equipments and Combine Harvesters.
Introduced 30, 43, and 60 HP kirloskar Deutz Tractors, first time in Indian Market along with their
ploughs and equipments.
Carried out Tractor Demonstrations for Marketing in various states, and in all type of soils, simultaneously
collecting technical and field Data to produce Literature for Marketing
Year 1972 to 1984
Joined Kirloskar Tractors Ltd. Nashik As Development Officer,
Designed and Developed range of Implements, Trailers, and Equipments, suitable for 30 to 60 HP tractors
and developed supplier line and Literature etc.
Appointed as an Executive Marketing for 6 states ,received Awards for every year, for top sales on all India
level
Appointed distributors in 6 states and followed by marketing strategy based on service orientation and
backing with scheme for Finances by negotiations with Banks
. Sold 75 Tractors on a single day
Was lifting 50% of production every month for 6 states
Year 1984 to 2000
Left Kirloskar Tractors and Started own company AVP & CO
Did Marketing of Tractor Dozers and Back Hoe for 75 Hp John Deer tractors
Started designing and developing my own new products in diverse fields, produce them and Marketed.
These products were developed on request from Industry, these were of critical and of Important nature for
industry for which, no suitable products were available in market
Developed 10 products and produced them in my Garage Lab, having no sophisticated equipment what so
ever, even in such conditions made special Import substitutions on request from Industry.
Made Import substitution of Canopy polishing paste on the request of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Nashik
and kept Mig Aircraft flying in air for 6 years
Made electro less copper plating for piston rings of Victor Gasket Co. on their request
Developed a High temp Adhesive ( HTA) to protect So2 Plant, from acidic corrosion at 1200 degrees
Centigrade. on request from M/s Satwick Electric Control Company at Nashik, who were producing and
supplying So2 Plants to all Sugar factories
So2 Plants use to burn out in 2 months, due to high temp of 1000 C and with acidic corrosion, which
survived for 18 months by using HTA in 72 Sugar factories.
This is another Mission Impossible done, because even in USA, universities have abandoned this product
research
Formulated “do It “type Water proofing solution, and sold in Quantity in Nasik etc

Side by side I was offered a Distributorships for Reputed Loctite Products from American company, for 6
Districts and 100 sugar factories in Maharashtra, India
Always had top sales in India for every year, for Loctite
Year 2000 to 2007
Had Diabetes in the end of year 1997 and in the year 1998 I had severe hypoglycemic attack and was
admitted in ICU and was almost on death bed, my both sons are in USA and so I could not attend the
business, and had a severe setback. I did Pioneering and Major research on Diabetes and found Apple as
a novel finding, useful for diabetes control, by eliminating pills and Insulin, this has now become a popular
Therapy all over the world.
Went to USA and popularized Apple Therapy. Made new product models, and Took patents.
Appointed as Service provider for Wisconsin service center
Published articles on diabetes in Paper and forums, and conducted trials in San Jose on Apple Therapy.
Became affiliated member of Nine Sigma as a problem solver and Started my own Consultancy

Wishing to do further research on normal secretion of insulin in diabetic patients with the help of Doctors in
Pune
So far I have about 27 new products for production and 6 out of these products need sponsorship. For viz, Chapati
machine, nonskid car tyers, Dishwasher, Washing machine for Indian conditions, and Machine for making Bundi
ladu,
Even at 82 working for full time and have energy to work hard.
