Referrals were obtained through tactful marketing approaches, sales of products and services boosted, and therefore renewed business and revenue were obtained. I demonstrated leadership in my branch through my example and skills in sales, obtaining referrals, as well as functioning through marketing campaigns, while still focusing on the member and effectively assessing, assisting, and advising their needs and concerns.
