It is not an exhaustive list but an aide-memoire and may therefore be modified to suit the induction needs of any new member of staff to incorporate local induction practices within the recruiting department. It is recommended that the checklist be completed for all employees, whatever the nature of their contract and role, making appropriate adjustments to take into account the circumstances of individual contracts.
