South Central College WELD 1005 Blueprint Reading Common Course Outline Course Information Description This course provides an understanding of blueprints used within welding technology settings. Skills for reading, understanding, and interpreting welding symbols with be developed. Choose the appropriate drawing to gain the information required to perform the weld. 2 Define various types of lines on a blueprint. Learning Objectives Demonstrate mastery of the alphabet of lines. Identify different types of lines and their use.
