UBS (Lux) Equity Fund – Global Sustainable Innovators (EUR)

You currently hold units of UBS (Lux) Equity Fund – Global Innovators (EUR) in your custody account.
We are writing to inform you that your fund will be renamed to UBS (Lux) Equity Fund – Global
Sustainable Innovators (EUR) with effect from 10 July 2014.

The new name is meant to reflect that the fund invests according to principles of sustainable
investments. The fund is already a part of our offering of Sustainable & Responsible Investments.
The name change does not induce any changes in the portfolio of the fund. The fund will still give you
access to small- to medium-size enterprises whose products and services are distinguished by their
especially high environmental or social value and innovative character. The investment universe will
still cover mainly energy efficiency, clean energy, scarce resources, waste, water, education,
sustainable foodstuffs and agriculture as well as demography. The annual management fee of 1.63%
remains unchanged.
Please find enclosed the key investor information document (KIID), in which you will find important
information about UBS (Lux) Equity Fund – Global Sustainable Innovators (EUR).
If you have defined UBS (Lux) Equity Fund – Global Innovators (EUR) as an investment instruction of
a UBS investment fund account, this investment instruction will be automatically replaced by UBS
(Lux) Equity Fund – Global Sustainable Innovators (EUR) on 10 July 2014.
